differences. Learn the pitfalls of power struggles and set up your money life to be

thinking to shape healthy perspectives and increase success in all areas of life. Examine
your hot buttons/triggers. Examine their origins and decide whether past coping mechanisms

to respect angers power to distort and use feelings wisely rather than letting them
control you.
Session Five

to control your own physiology and give yourself greater opportunities for life success.

smoothly through differences of opinions. These skills are necessary to navigate life
well. They pay off for a lifetime, with friends, co-workers and loved ones.
