Active Adults for Spanish-Speaking Communities is 12-units each with A and B sessions. It includes topics ranging from communication skills, emotion management, conflict resolution, making budgets, wise choices for friends, dating and marriage, recognizing personal strengths and future planning. Sessions include experiential activities. This Spanish edition utilizes culturally appropriate examples, communication style and analogies.
It is a companion program to Active Relationships for Young Adults (ARYA).

Active Choices is intended for singles who want to enhance relationship skills and who want to increase skills for wise choices for romance and commitments. Topics include: the qualities of healthy relationships (what works), relationship phases and stages, expectations of responsibilities, beliefs about marriage, successful communication, emotion management and conflict resolution, money management/teamwork, extended family expectations, blended families, healthy co-parenting when marriage is not an option, responsibilities toward children, wise choices in friends and dating and maintaining love and intimacy. Sessions include assessments, discussions and experiential activities.

The program involves short presentations, family learning and experiential games. There are typically 5 or more families experiencing Familias Activas together - like a family fair!
