Cosette Bowles is the Director of The Bowles Group of Dallas, Texas, a counseling group which promotes healthy individual coping skills, couple and family relationships, and positive parenting through private counseling, workshops and seminars.

Bowles holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family from Texas Women's University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. 

She is currently the president of the F.A.R. Foundation (Foundation for Active Relationships) an organization that partners with the Dallas community agencies to spread needed skill/programs to all area citizens.

Professionally trained in Harville Hendrix’s Imago Therapy, internationally acclaimed PAIRS, and the non-denominational internationally used Stephen Ministry, she is a frequent workshop presenter to community organizations, businesses and church groups on subjects covering topics such as communication, healthy parenting and relationships, coupling intimacy and relational skills, maturing spirituality, divorce recovery and grief recovery. She has been featured on CBS Positively Texas.

BA Elementary Education and Special Education

Marilyn Weaver is an experienced teacher with positions held in both classroom and itinerant situations. She has been instrumental in assisting students and teachers in the process of collaboration to achieve targeted curriculum objectives. Mrs. Weaver is an active member of specialized teams of educational professionals including school psychologists and counselors designated to recommend goals to meet the individual needs of students. Her professional training includes writing and implementing Individual Pupil Plans for her students.

Mrs. Weaver’s 20 years of experience consists of teaching in a variety of educational environments including public school systems and residential state school settings. Her students range in age from birth to age twenty-two.

Weaver graduated from The University of Texas in Austin in 1971. She received a BS degree in both Elementary Education and in Special Education. She holds a special certification in the area of teaching Blind and Partially Sighted students.

Mrs. Weaver’s primary interests include balancing her work with her marriage and family. In the last twelve years, she has worked closely with her husband to help blend the couple’s six children.

Kelly Simpson is nationally recognized for her work with individuals and couples (including the private sector and the U.S. Military) promoting enhanced skills ranging from positive psychology, communication, resolution and team building, to couples' romance, sensuality and sexuality.

Simpson's work has been featured in numerous articles/media 1997-2002, including NBC Nightly News, the Wall Street Journal, Dallas Morning News, Park Cities News, Park Cities People, Today's Dallas Woman, Dallas Business Journal, Bridal Guide, NBC Channel 5, Fox Channel 4 Nightly News, CBS Channel 11 News, CBS Channel 11 Positively Texas, Warner Brothers News, PEOPLES Newspapers, 105.3 FM, 1080AM, 99.5FM, 97.9FM, and Christian 91.7FM radio.

A frequent lecturer, Simpson is the former executive director of the internationally acclaimed PAIRS Foundation. She was a faculty member of the 2001 State Bar of Texas Advanced Family Law Seminar, a presenter for the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Conference and the 2002 Family Networker Conference, and has presented to various civic groups including Rotary International. Additional events include 2003 trainings for U.S. Army Chaplains and soldiers, and presentations at the 2003 internationally attended Coalition for Marriage, Family and Couples Education (CMFCE) Conference.

Simpson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sports Counselor, and mediator. Inducted into the National Honor Society for Psychology, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Post graduate work was in the field of marriage and family therapy. She is also professionally trained in "EMDR," Hypnosis, "PAIRS," "1,2,3, Magic," Sex and Intimacy, and other specialized programs.
