ARYA (pronounced "Are Ya") is 12-units each with A and B sessions. It includes topics ranging from communication skills, emotion management, conflict resolution, making budgets, wise choices in friends and dating, recognizing personal strengths and future planning. Active Families Active Families

Active Families is an experience for the whole family! The program can include Fathers and children, Mothers and children, Caregivers and children or all! Active Families is learning plus fun-filled action that can increase strong bonds and skills for life long success. Topics include communication how to’s, positive thinking, expression of emotions in a healthy way, diplomacy and respect, planning together as a team.
