THE HISPANIC ACTIVE RELATIONSHIPS PROJECT

The Hispanic/Latino Active Relationships programs were developed to contribute to the need for more marriage education curricula written in Spanish and including the integration of Hispanic/Latino culture. Active Relationships certified facilitators in many of our programs are Hispanic and speak fluent Spanish. Couples and other participants in the programs speak either English or Spanish or are Bilingual.

Active Relationships’ Spanish texts have been utilized not only in community agencies, Head Start programs, juvenile justice programs, and Healthy Marriage Initiatives, but also in a variety of other contexts.

Updated 2009 Active Choices (Premarital) Research (*.pdf)

Preliminary results for the first few months of the Active Choices pre-marital program presented by HARP. The research team will analyze the entire year and report on it this coming October 2009.
